Description
- Lead enterprise-wide cross functional teams to develop and re-launch Rahbar and other volunteer programs for TCF students
- Recreating the volunteer’s portfolio and design programmes keeping in mind the current pandemic situation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute the programmes
- Create efficient interventions for the programmes so that a meaningful impact can be created
- Manage and develop direct reporting and nurture comfortable team dynamics
- Identify potential partners to liaise with for smooth execution of programme
- Assess programs strategically from time to time in order to ensure robustness
- Develop effective strategies to recruit, engage and retain volunteers according to established quality standards through social media, corporate organizations and referrals
- Provide impeccable back office support in logistics and administration during the programs execution
- Liaison with executive volunteers and operations team to plan and execute the programs as per the calendar

- Strong ability to conceptualize, create and roll out program design
- Proficient with the use of technology to carry out surveys, feedbacks, video making, etc.
