Description
- Installation, configuration and management of Microsoft Windows Client Operating Systems and supporting software.
- Work on day-to-day system operations, user support, trouble shooting.
- Use latest techniques to speed up workstation deployments.
- Resolve assigned task within specified time frame.
- Installation and configuration of Network and Local Printers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software related issue in desktops and laptops.
- Ensure backup desktops / laptops should be available when required.
- Good understanding of Network topologies, IP Addressing, Network Cabling.
- Able to work in a Domain based environment.
- Ensure all standard software should be installed on clients computers connected to corporate network including latest Antivirus software.
- Maintain proper documentation of hardware issued to employees and also maintain / update details in IT Asset Management System.
- Maintain an update to date inventory of IT asset.
- Any other task assigned.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Hands On experience of Cisco Routers / Switches & HP/Dell Servers will be Plus.
Education
Graduate preferably in Computer Science / IT
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
