Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager - Alumni Development to lead and drive the holistic growth and development of our alumni community. This role requires an individual who believes in the importance of personality development and understands that individual growth is key to achieving success and fulfillment in both career and life. The ideal candidate will be able to balance research, design, implementation, and advocacy.
- Develop and implement innovative interventions and programs that promote the holistic development of our alumni, focusing on areas such as personality development, growth mindset, values entrenchment, and life skills.
- Conduct research and develop holistic frameworks for personality development and counseling, aligning them with the specific needs and aspirations of our alumni community.
- Provide socio-emotional counseling and create meaningful experiences for alumni, supporting their emotional well-being, personal growth, and overall happiness.
- Establish and lead an alumni community with chapters or representation in TCF schools, colleges, and universities, fostering a sense of belonging, connection, and mutual support among alumni.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of coaches and counselors, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to support the personal and professional growth of our alumni.
- Align volunteers to provide extended mentorship and guidance networks for alumni at various stages of their journey, facilitating their career progression and personal development.
- Oversee the success of alumni who have received TCF scholarships across different programs, ensuring they have the necessary support, community, and resources to overcome their contextual challenges.
- Serve as a role model for alumni and the alumni community, exemplifying the values, principles, and achievements that inspire and motivate alumni in their own journeys.
- Develop an alumni association that actively involves alumni in various programs and policies, fostering their participation and engagement over the coming years.
- Identify and nurture future alumni leaders, providing them with opportunities for leadership development and creating pathways for their involvement in organizational decision-making.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Education)
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant role
