Description

  • Teach Federal Board Chemistry to XI & XII students – and some ECAT curriculum.
  • Develop curriculum outlines, and lesson plans for every lecture.
  • Ensure quality execution of the curriculum within the planned timelines.
  • Create and design internal exams and assessments to check student progress.
  • Check examination copies and provide students with effective feedback on time.
  • Create or modify student handouts/ subject notes to make them an effective resource.
  • Provide students with guidance and strategies for examination success.
  • Accountable for student progress and improvement in his/her subject.
  • Use technology to record and/or live stream classes as and when required.
  • As Classroom Coach, assist, counsel and motivate students to achieve their growth and scholastic objectives.
  • Ability to teach in a virtual classroom environment.

Required Skills

  • Open to new ideas, learning and growing.
  • Good communication skills, must be able to work with teams and achieve multiple objectives.
  • Good documentation and writing skills.
  • MS Word expertise required, proficiency at MS Excel would be a plus.
  • A great work ethic and a knack for continuous improvement.
  • ECAT teaching experience will be a plus
