Description
The Assistant Manager in the Examination Unit will work with the examination team to monitor and evaluate the academic standards of TCF schools. This involves developing examination papers and procedures, managing databases and reports, and strategizing improvement plans.
- Develop subject-specific examination papers for students, teachers, and principals.
- Monitor and evaluate the subject standards of TCF Schools throughout the academic session.
- Assist in providing performance-based analytical reports periodically and interpret the evaluation outcomes with relevant recommendations.
- Provide support to sister units (M&E and Federal) as needed.

Education
Mater’s degree in English (Language or Literature)/ any relevant subject with a major as English in bachelor’s.
B.Ed degree will be an additional advantage.
Experience
At least 3+ years of teaching experience as an English teacher.
