Description
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Uphold and communicate TCF's culture and values with key stakeholders.
- Focus on the growth and development of the team and volunteers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs (High-net-worth individuals) and organizational donors.
- Build and sustain a volunteer base, especially in new and emerging markets, to raise awareness about TCF and generate funds.
- Develop and execute engagement plans for volunteers and donors in new markets.
- Work closely with the Donor Journey & Services and Brands & Communication departments.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and retain donors in close coordination with volunteers in specific regions.
- Identify and develop champions or leaders within the volunteer community.
- Recruit and maintain one-on-one relationships with influential volunteer connectors.
- Prepare and track Management Information Systems (MIS) and monthly/annual fundraising targets.
Required Skills
- The ability to effectively engage with and manage chapter leads and senior volunteers, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Strong writing, public speaking, and interpersonal skills in both Urdu and English. This is crucial for effectively connecting with the diaspora and potential donors from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
- The ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized to handle various responsibilities and tasks.
- A solid understanding of strategic planning and development, along with the capability to execute plans effectively.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience
5+ years of total work experience; preferably 3+ years of relevant work experience.
