Description
- Make outbound calls to alumni to collect and verify their information, and
accurately update their records in the database - Provide detailed reports on data collection progress to the line manager.
- Collaborate with the Alumni Pathways team to send out relevant updates,
announcements, and information via WhatsApp. - Respond promptly to alumni queries received through WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve more complex queries.
- Maintain a high level of alumni satisfaction by providing professional and
courteous service.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp as a communication tool and ability to manage
interactions professionally. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail in tracking and recording alumni interactions
