Description
The Programme Manager for the Dastak Teacher Training Programme will oversee the planning, implementation, and scaling of this initiative aimed at enhancing the skills of teachers from low-fee private schools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital training methods and digital marketing strategies to effectively attract participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Development: Design and refine digital training modules and materials, ensuring alignment with best practices in online education.
- Outreach and Recruitment: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to attract participants and raise awareness about the programme.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators and conduct assessments to measure programme effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead a team of trainers and support staff, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Oversee the programme budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including education authorities, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Education
