Literacy and Life Skills department at TCF is leading the non-formal education program for out-of-school-children in Pakistan for children aged 8-16. The department is looking to hire Digitalization Specialist who would help in creating the transformational shift in teacher training through digitized content for improved teaching practices. The required candidate is expected to be tech-savvy with strong belief in professional development.

• Convert provided content into engaging and pedagogically sound video formats, ensuring alignment with educational objectives
• Write well-structured video scripts that are engaging and easy to follow, targeting specific learning outcomes
• Lead and coordinate video recording sessions with trainers, ensuring high-quality content, adherence to timelines, and flawless delivery
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including video editors and LMS developers, for smooth content production and technical setup.
• Integrate videos into LMS platforms for seamless learner access and tracking.
• Design and implement interactive quizzes on the LMS to track learners' progress, ensuring knowledge retention
• Work closely with graphic designer to create relevant animations and visuals for enhancing video and LMS content
• Regularly review and provide feedback on assignments, engaging with learners through discussions to support their learning journey
• Continuously monitor learner data and progress to adjust content delivery and ensure educational goals are being met
• Provide support in relevant cross-functional projects

• Strong skills in writing structured and engaging scripts for video lessons
• Awareness of LMS platforms and integrating content for effective learning management
• Ability to manage timelines, stakeholders and cross-functional tasks effectively
• Experience in creating interactive quizzes and tracking learner progress
• Skills in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and engaging with learners to support their educational journey
• Familiarity with video editing, animations, and multimedia integration for LMS
• Ability to monitor learner progress and make data-informed adjustments to content delivery

Strong command in English and Urdu. Knowledge of Sindhi would be added plus.

Bachelors or Masters

2 – 3 year experience in classroom or online teaching, curriculum design and/ or content writing
