Description
The incumbent will be responsible for design and administration of compensation and benefits framework for all office and school staff of TCF. This also includes budget preparation and alignment with policy, analysis of compensation/benefits data for key decisions, as well as design and implementation of compensation programs.
- Work with HR senior management to develop a compensation philosophy aligned with organizational culture and strategy.
- Design and upgrade compensation frameworks for both office and school staff that are aligned with the organizational strategy.
- Use data analytics to make data-driven decisions regarding design of monetary and non-monetary compensation and prepare cost-to-company analysis.
- Carry out analysis of similar jobs for pay equity, and recommend models, principles and risk mitigation measures.
- Formulate payroll and benefits budget, prepare budget updates and pitch for the board, including preparation of presentations, and work on calibration exercises to be presented to the top management
- Prepare salary analysis and recommend compensation for hiring and promotions.
- Plan and develop compensation related communications.
- Regularly conduct research to stay updated on compensation and benefits trends and best practices.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a combination of Finance and HR.
Experience
At least 8 years of relevant experience, with experience in Total Rewards, Compensation Design and Framework establishment.
