Description

The person assuming this role will assist the Manager in developing instruments, designing processes, and building capacity for conducting whole school evaluation.

  • Process Development: Develop and implement evaluation processes, tools and methodologies to assess school performance, ensuring these align with the organization's mission and goals
  • Process Alignment: Develop a thorough understanding of organizational policies and streamline evaluation processes accordingly. Provide input in identifying dissonance and well thought out suggestions for creating alignment
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand various points of view and competing priorities, creating buy-in and managing cross-functional tasks
  • Data Analysis: Establish SOPs for data collection and data analysis. Ensure timely analysis and dissemination of school evaluation-related data and reports. Generate system level reports that provide actionable insights to the organization allowing them to make informed decisions for improvement
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and fairness of the evaluation processes
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support school evaluation team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and professional growth
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with educational trends, research, and best practices in school evaluation, incorporating them into the organization's processes for ongoing improvement

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a proximal discipline (degrees with an emphasis on research will be preferred)

Experience

1-3 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, school inspection, and data driven school improvement planning
