Description
The Manager HR Services Delivery will oversee HR operations, ensuring seamless service delivery. Responsibilities will include managing transactions, meeting turnaround times, and maintaining quality end-to-end HR services for TCF employees. The role will also include a focus on payroll processes and efficient final settlements delivery.
- Work closely with HR Services colleagues to ensure the delivery of a high-quality end-to-end HR service to all TCF Employees
- Manage the operational aspects of HR Data, documentation and information management, payroll processing, salary disbursement, leave management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation as well as policy.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR services delivery team.
- Play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR services, ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize turnaround times for HR services including capacity building programs, analysing delivery metrics, identifying bottlenecks and liaising with HR Services Excellence team and other stakeholders for process improvement execution
- Monitor and analyse service delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes for improved efficiency.
- Maintain relationships and liaisons with other relevant stakeholders for timely and effective resolution of matters related to HR Services
- Other special projects within HR domain
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Payroll, HR Operations, and client management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Employee service-centric mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle and manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong leadership qualities, including effective team management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong decision-making ability with an adaptive and consensus-driven approach particularly in navigating complex HR service delivery challenges.
Education
BBA / MBA or a relevant qualification
Experience
About 7 to 8 years of relevant experience, with significant experience working as a team lead for large teams
