Description
The incumbent will be responsible to develop and execute the right business strategy and management model that will help establish and sustain an organization rhythm for TCF, create validation, verification and reporting mechanisms for top data sets of the organization, establish key forums and conduct research to create an optimum operating rhythm for TCF. The incumbent will report to General Manager Finance and collaborate extensively with all departments of the organization to run an efficient planning operating rhythm for TCF.
- Organization Rhythm
- Review TCF’s long term strategy and vision 2030 to develop a strategic roadmap for the organization
- Develop and define TCF’s overall organizational Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators whilst collaborating with other departments of the organization
- Hold a feedback loop session with senior stakeholders on the organization’s key result areas and key performance indicators as a challenge process and make amendments if necessary
- Develop a concise communication pack on TCF organization’s key result areas and key performance indicators
- Engage with Senior Management group to share TCF organization’s key result areas and key performance indicators
- Drive the annual planning process [program and function annual planning] and corresponding budget plans for the year which are clearly aligned to the organization’s strategic roadmap
- Drive program and function wise annual reviews to understand where we are currently standing as an organization vis a vis strategic roadmap with the Executive Team
- Ensure there is an ongoing and sustainable review process in place for programs and functions on achievement against annual plan with the Executive Team
- Research and identify remaining aspects of organization rhythm and work towards operationalizing
- Data Insights
- Extract reports from multiple sources
- Ensure verification and validation mechanisms are in place for accurate data
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
- Work with different departments and consolidate overall organization Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators
- Create and maintain a dashboard to track overall organization Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators and establish an operating rhythm for the organization
- Key Forums
- Understand existing key forums and their purpose to develop a proposal for future key forums and their purpose
- Establish key forums and work towards operationalizing them
- Ensure presence of operating rhythm in these key forums that coincides with that of the organization
- Ongoing Research
- Establish primary contacts from other organizations and carry out research to understand how organization rhythm is defined elsewhere
- Conduct secondary desk-based research to understand how organization rhythm is defined elsewhere
- Summarize the key findings from research that will help improve the organization rhythm for TCF

- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
- Highly motivated and independent individual with ability to influence high impact decisions
Education
Masters from an accredited institution
Experience
At least 4-5 years of experience in finance / strategy, preferably in the development sector or related organization excellence experience. The job requires candidates with an ability to collaborate with various departments, manage stakeholders, analyze data to achieve numerous objectives and vision to assist in overall organization strategy.
