Description
The Executive Vice President - Development (EVP) is a key member of TCF’s senior leadership team, responsible for securing the financial resources and the volunteer time and talent required for advancing TCF’s mission. The EVP will lead and oversee all aspects of global fundraising, donor stewardship, and brand strategy across TCF's Country Partner network. This role will require a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing development teams, cultivating strong relationships, and achieving goals that align with TCF’s value and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a key member of TCF’s Executive Team, providing strategic direction to the organisation and focusing on long-term growth and sustainability
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global development strategy to align with TCF’s key performance areas.
- Lead and mentor a senior team across multiple units such as Development Pakistan, Global Partnerships, Global Development, Brand & Communications, and Donor Journey & Services.
- Global Fundraising & Market Development
- Oversee the fundraising and volunteer engagement efforts across Pakistan and TCF UAE (where the latter has a dotted line reporting).
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth donors, corporate partners, grant-making institutions and volunteers worldwide to secure sustained support.
- Collaborate with Country Partner boards and leadership teams to drive market development and ensure strategic alignment across regions.
- Identify and develop new fundraising markets, to expand TCF’s donor base and increase global engagement.
- Strengthen the global governance framework to align Country Partners with TCF’s standards and values.
- Chair the Global Leadership Team (GLT) to align global development efforts and execute the fundraising strategy.
- Donor Experience, Systems & Analytics
- Ensure excellence in donor and volunteer stewardship and reporting through analytics, process governance, and engagement strategies.
- Drive the adoption of CRM systems, and digital platforms to develop and deliver impactful donor journeys.
- Brand Stewardship & Communications
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand and communications strategy to enhance TCF's brand awareness and equity.
- Ensure consistent communication and branding across all platforms, channels, and markets, in collaboration with Country Partner teams.
- Represent TCF at significant events, forums, and conferences as a credible spokesperson and advocate for the organization’s mission.

Education
Master's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, Non-Profit Management, Public Administration)
Experience
A minimum of 15+ years of proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in fundraising, business development, or organizational management, is required. Ideally, candidates should have some exposure to and experience in the international development or fundraising space. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities are essential, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams across diverse geographies. Additionally, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively engage and connect with a broad range of stakeholders and audiences.
