Description
- Assist the Education department in day-to-day functions, including coordination, data management, communication, and more.
- Develop and finalize the budget for training sessions and other academic activities.
- Maintain accurate records for all departmental activities.
- Conduct post-examination visits with the REM (Regional Education Manager).
- Dispatch academic supplies to newly opening and upcoming classes, ensuring proper tracking and receipt.
- Compile and send teacher evaluation forms, centralized examination data, preliminary examination, and library records to the Head Office as needed.
- Ensure all departmental records are well-maintained and up to date.
- Compile and analyze board results.
- Prepare and organize the monthly visit schedule for the Education Team, including logistics arrangements.
- Maintain school information files related to education affairs.
- Distribute academic policies and relevant letters/information to all schools.
- Oversee the maintenance and timely updates of Education Department resources.
- Communicate with schools regarding daily routine activities and updates.
- Follow up with education boards for information pertinent to schools.
- Handle outdoor activities related to co-curricular activities and supply of academic materials.
- Prepare financial demands for various education materials, training, and related activities.
- Develop the training budget and ensure timely submission of actual training expenses.
- Compose necessary papers as per the needs of the department.
- Keep the mail record up-to-date.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

- Good Command in MS. Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good Command in Urdu Typing.
