Description
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Develop and improve the donor journey.
- Assist the Development team in evaluating and documenting all existing business processes.
- Create a process manual containing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to foster a continuous improvement environment for ongoing change initiatives.
- Identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business by utilizing process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops to generate ideas and solutions.
- Assist in the development of new support materials based on revised processes.
- Implement checks and controls for each developed process, including a consequence/reward management system.
- Automate processes as needed using tools like Power Automate, Lists, etc.
- Communicate new and updated policies/processes to relevant stakeholders.
- Create, analyze, and distribute process reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary contact for all process-related queries within the team.
- Oversee training and coaching for the development team, ensuring effective reporting and system enhancements.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Computer Science. Technical bachelor’s degree along with and MBA (or similar) will be preferred.
Certification in Six Sigma or any other continuous improvement methodology is preferred.
Experience
4 - 8 years' experience in a similar role.
