Description
- A minimum of 50 solo school visits*(after Selection), every Academic year during a cycle of 4 to 5 months
- Subject to renewal every year on availability once selected
- Willingness to travel outstation (Compulsory)
Hiring Process
1. Initial interview with Assessment department representative
2. Workshop with Assessment team
3. Two paired school visits for observation with experienced evaluators (Minimum)
4. One school visit under senior evaluators (Minimum)
5. Final approval independent visit.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of school administrative processes and academic activities
- Strong command over Urdu and English language
- Good observational, organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload.
Education
At least 3 year experience in teaching/training/Principal ship/Academic coordinator
Experience
Bachelors/Master’s Degree
