Description
This role involves conceptualising and creating compelling content for TCF’s campaigns, social media platforms, blogs, articles, and global websites, as well as print and donor communication materials. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong grasp of storytelling and brand voice, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for campaigns and ongoing digital communication.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and articles.
- Regularly update and maintain content across all TCF websites.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach.
- Promote blog content and campaign narratives across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and implement techniques to improve organic visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and impact across all content touchpoints.
The ideal candidate needs to be creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy, with the ability to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand and deepens connection with our audiences.

Education
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
