Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to oversee program operations, data management, and reporting.
Training Operations:
- Coordination with Field Team: Coordinate and communicate with vocational teachers to oversee daily training related issues and challenges, monitor student attendance and dropouts, review tasks, and ensure implementation according to the SLOs.
- Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively within the filed team to maximize efficiency and meet program deadlines.
- Relations: Maintain a strong relationship with vocational teachers and school principals to handle things smoothly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with field teams, trainers, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and address on-ground challenges promptly.
Training & Monitoring:
- Training Plan: Assess center-wise strength and plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for vocational teachers, assistants, and students. Prepare the budget, ensure timely initiation of activities, and manage proper closure.
- Field Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits to vocational centers to observe and evaluate activities, ensuring adherence to programme goals.
- Field Monitoring Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on field activities, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Develop and manage a centralized database to store and track program outputs, outcomes, and impact metrics.
- Generate regular reports from collected data to provide insights into program performance and identify trends.
- Assist in comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports detailing program activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Assist in drafting reports for donors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Develop visual reports, including graphs, charts, and infographics, to illustrate program trends and results.
- Manage all consolidated sheets related to training operation, update in real time
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory for training materials, and equipment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Required Skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a 2-year diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
Experience
Ideally, candidates should have 1–2 years of experience. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if they have some exposure to fashion designing, data management, field work, operations, administration, or related areas
