Description
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for processing and interpreting data, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and improve business efficiency. The role will also include ownership of TCF’s Donor Management System, ensuring its smooth operation, efficiency, and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Products & Analytics, in managing data-related initiatives.
- Clean, pre-process, and prepare data from donor management systems for analysis.
- Deliver ongoing and ad-hoc reports, including dashboards, visualizations, and specialized performance reports for senior management.
- Apply analytical methods to generate insights that drive organizational decision-making.
- Track and monitor KPIs on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments and global partners on data analysis and validation projects, fulfilling cross-departmental data requirements.
- Provide systems support to the Business Development team for campaign implementation.
- Lead system automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan, strategize, and execute initiatives to meet evolving system requirements.
- Test, monitor, and modify systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
- Ensure detailed procedures/data dictionary and definitions pertaining to each dashboard/report that has been created in Power BI or otherwise has been documented and stored on a stored space for easy knowledge sharing. Any process/report that is highlighted in the process inventory (as shared by the Risk Team) should also be documented and trainings to be conducted to train the team.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role.
