Description
The Senior Manager – Global Partnerships will play a critical role in advancing TCF’s institutional and major donor fundraising efforts globally. The role is primarily responsible for prospect research, proposal development, budgeting & financial analysis, and pipeline management, working in close coordination with TCF’s program design and implementation teams, internal support functions, and TCF Country Partners.
In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for managing backend fundraising systems and processes, including donor pipelines, dashboards, product shelves, and funds management. The role also involves active engagement and capacity-building of Country Partners to ensure alignment on programs, fundraising priorities, and donor requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality concept notes, letters of intent, and grant proposals, including budgets and logical frameworks, in coordination with program and finance teams.

Ensure timely internal reviews, approvals, and sign-offs for donor pitches, proposal submissions, and contract agreements in line with organizational policies.

Conduct proactive and strategic research on institutional donors, corporate and family foundations, and High Net-Worth Individuals, both globally and within Pakistan.

Identify and map major donor prospects across key geographies, maintaining up-to-date donor profiles, giving histories, and engagement strategies.

Manage, analyze, and regularly update fundraising dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor donor pipelines, proposal status, and funding gaps.

Act as a key liaison with TCF Country Partners, building strong working relationships to align fundraising priorities and timelines.

Engage Country Partners through regular coordination, information-sharing, and training sessions on program updates and new initiatives, donor requirements and expectations, and proposal development.
Required Skills

Proven experience in grant proposal writing, including budgeting, for institutional donors, HNWIs, corporate, and family foundations.

Strong understanding of fundraising pipelines, donor management, and backend fundraising systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse donor audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in using data.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, dashboards, and proposals.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

A proactive self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Education
A university degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in humanities, social sciences, development studies, international relations, or a related discipline.
Experience
7–8 years of progressive experience in the social development sector, with demonstrated experience in grant proposal writing, donor research, and/or program/project design and management, preferably with institutional donors, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
