Description
The Lead, Content & Social Media, will oversee the day-to-day execution of Impact Interventions’ digital strategy, driving growth for TCF Impact Interventions. The role takes ownership of the content production pipeline and performance marketing (paid ads). The Lead ensures that all digital outputs, from high-engagement social media reels to lead-generation campaigns, are executed with speed, creativity, and adherence to the brand’s standard.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Production & Design (Essential)
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality mobile-first video content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video assets to drive engagement across platforms.
- Design and produce rapid-turnaround visual assets, including social media posts, event flyers, and digital certificates, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Provide real-time event coverage (live social updates, photography, and videography) during workshops, training sessions, and school visits.
Social Media Management & Growth (Essential)
- Manage the monthly editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent stream of content that aligns with the brands’ strategic annual objectives.
- Execute day-to-day publishing, community moderation, and audience engagement to build a loyal community of teachers and school leaders.
- Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and optimize content for higher reach and engagement.
Performance Marketing & Analytics (Preferred)
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) to generate high-quality leads for trainings and book sales.
- Monitor campaign budgets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Conversion Rate to demonstrate ROI.
- Identify new audiences and targeting strategies to expand the reach of Impact Interventions beyond the current network.
Operational Efficiency & Automation (Preferred)
- Identify bottlenecks in the current process and propose automated solutions to streamline manual tasks such as certificate distribution and lead sorting.
- Organize and maintain a centralized digital asset library to ensure the team has quick access to archival footage and design templates.
- Support the team in the technical setup of webinars and digital workshops when needed.
Strategic Support & Innovation
- Assist the Manager in pitching new content themes and campaign ideas based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Experiment with emerging formats and digital tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve in the EdTech space.
Required Skills
- Essential: Strong technical proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Preferred: Demonstrated expertise in Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager) and understanding of sales funnels.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both Urdu and English.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is highly preferred.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Proven portfolio of video content (Reels/Shorts) and successful ad campaigns.
• Experience in managing "live" event coverage and turning around content under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage operational workflows independently.
• Experience in the education or development sector is an asset, but not required if the candidate demonstrates strong adaptability.
