Description

The HR Officer – Strategy will support and execute strategic HR initiatives across the Lower Sindh Region (Hyderabad, Badin, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah, Digri, Islamkot).
Gender: Male 

The role focuses on strengthening Principal quality, managing hiring pipelines, overseeing performance management processes, budget tracking, grievance handling, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies.

The position requires frequent travel across the region.
JD:

  • Manage end-to-end Principal hiring including outreach planning, vacancy tracking, hiring portal updates, tracker updates, inductions, appointment follow-ups, and confirmations

  • Organize and support Assessment Centres; participate in panel interviews where required

  • Promote local hiring through targeted local outreach strategies

  • Prepare and monitor Hiring Budgets and Shadowing Budgets; ensure timely Budget Closing

  • Manage Principal Shadowing processes and maintain hiring documentation and data accuracy

  • Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIP updates) in coordination with Area Teams

  • Ensure timely target setting, compliance, and automation where applicable

  • Support outreach and hiring for Regional and Area Team positions

  • Track and manage grievances and support awards processes

  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and SOPs across the region

  • Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and HR records

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (especially MS Excel), and Internet usage

  • Strong budget preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail

  • Effective problem-solving ability

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Lower Sindh (Transport provided)

Education

Bachelors (preferably in HRM) from an accredited institution.

Preferably 2+ years of experience
