Description
The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment function and ensuring timely, high-quality hiring aligned with organizational needs. The role oversees recruitment strategy, talent pipeline development, selection processes, and recruitment analytics while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The Manager will partner closely with department heads and leadership to forecast workforce needs, optimize hiring processes, and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The role also supports employer branding initiatives, recruitment process improvements, and the development of robust assessment frameworks.
Recruitment Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development
- Lead the planning and execution of recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring goals.
- Develop strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and university partnerships.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across functions and regions.
- Build proactive talent pools for critical roles and future workforce needs.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within the agreed Time-to-Fill (TTF) and service level agreements.
- Maintain a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Assessment & Selection Excellence
- Design and implement structured recruitment assessments including competency-based interviews, case assignments, and assessment centers.
- Develop standardized interview guidelines and selection frameworks to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of candidates.
- Train interview panels on best practices in interviewing and candidate assessment.
Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement
- Oversee recruitment operations ensuring process efficiency, transparency, and compliance with HR policies.
- Manage recruitment systems, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows, documentation, and approval processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment data and candidate records.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Cost-per-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Source Effectiveness
- Pipeline Conversion Rates
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide leadership with insights into recruitment performance.
- Use recruitment data to recommend improvements in sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives through career events, university engagement, and professional networks.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice across digital platforms and recruitment channels.
- Establish partnerships with universities, professional associations, and talent communities.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Partner with departmental leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning priorities.
- Provide advisory support to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure alignment between recruitment plans and organizational priorities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team including Team Leads, Officers, and Recruiters.
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate engagement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the TA team.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience with ATS, HRMS, recruitment analytics tools, and sourcing platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
