Description
The Deputy Manager- Partnerships & Growth will be responsible for driving institutional partnerships to support the sustainability and scale of Dastak and TCF’s education initiatives.
This role blends business development, revenue ownership, relationship management, and program coordination. The incumbent will identify and convert B2B opportunities into long-term learning partnerships, while ensuring a high-quality partner experience. The role will also leverage the Dastak alumni community as a strategic channel for engagement and growth.
Partnership Development & Business Growth
- Identify, develop, and secure B2B partnerships with low-fee private schools, school networks, and education sector organizations.
- Build a strong pipeline of institutional leads for Dastak, and School Publishing offerings.
- Develop customized partnership proposals aligned with partner needs.
- Position TCF as a long-term learning partner for teacher and school leader capacity building.
Revenue Generation & Sustainability
- Own and drive revenue targets for training programs, workshops, and curriculum solutions.
- Convert institutional leads into paid engagements through effective pitching, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Support pricing strategies and ensure financial viability of partnerships.
- Track revenue pipelines, conversion rates, and contribution to program sustainability.
Revenue Management & Client Experience
- Serve as the primary focal person between TCF and partner organizations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional partners.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience from onboarding to program completion.
- Proactively manage partner feedback, expectations, and retention.
Program Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with training, content, and operations teams for smooth execution of programs.
- Align partner expectations with delivery plans, timelines, and outcomes.
- Monitor ongoing engagements to ensure commitments and quality standards are met.
Market & User Insight Integration
- Gather and compile feedback from teachers, students, and school leaders to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor educational trends, competitor resources (including pricing and content strategies), and user needs to inform content updates.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, training, content, operations) to align offerings with market needs.
- Contribute to improving product positioning, partnership models, and go-to-market strategies
Community Engagement & Alumni Activation
- Manage and grow the Dastak alumni community across platforms (e.g., WhatsApp groups and forums).
- Design engagement strategies to keep alumni active and connected.
- Leverage alumni networks for referrals, outreach, and lead generation.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and manage partnership and sales pipelines.
- Track key metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, revenue, and partner retention.
- Generate insights to refine outreach, conversion strategies, and product offerings.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, social sciences, or a related field.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales- preferably in education or social impact sectors.
• Experience working with schools, education networks, or training programs.
• Familiarity with B2B sales pipelines and CRM tools.
• Exposure to social enterprise or startup environments.
