Description
The Retainer / Academic Consultant – Gwadar will provide academic leadership and school support across assigned campuses. The role will focus on strengthening instructional practices, mentoring school leadership, supporting recruitment and performance management processes, and ensuring implementation of academic quality standards. The Consultant will work closely with the Area Manager and school leadership teams to improve school performance and student outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed, full-day school visits and submit comprehensive visit reports to the Area Manager.
- Carry out monthly follow-up visits to monitor progress against agreed action plans.
- Mentor Principals to strengthen instructional leadership and support effective implementation of academic interventions.
- Conduct structured classroom observations and provide demonstration lessons, coaching, and constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of newly hired teachers through classroom observations and provide feedback to school leadership.
- Support Principals in teacher hiring activities including candidate identification, assessment, and selection.
- Collaborate with Regional HR in the outreach, shortlisting, and assessment of Principal candidates.
- Lead and support periodic Principal performance evaluations.
- Track and analyze student learning outcomes and facilitate root-cause discussions with school leadership teams.
- Co-develop and monitor academic improvement plans based on identified performance gaps.
- Conduct monthly Principal meetings to align on priorities, progress, and academic initiatives.
- Deliver training sessions and capacity-building interventions for Principals as required.
- Ensure adherence to academic SOPs, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks during school monitoring visits.
- Remain part of communication and coordination forums to ensure alignment and ongoing support.
- Submit periodic performance and impact reports to the Area Manager.

Education
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Social Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in school leadership, academic management, teacher development, or education program implementation. Experience in mentoring school leaders and working across multiple campuses is preferred.
