Description
The Head, Country Support & Engagement will lead TCF’s engagement with its local and international chapter network, serving as the primary focal point for fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with the organization’s brand, communications, and fundraising objectives. The role is responsible for supporting country partners, identifying opportunities to strengthen stakeholder engagement, coordinating fundraising and brand initiatives across key markets, and driving the successful execution of cross-functional projects and events. The incumbent will play a critical role in enhancing TCF’s global presence, ensuring consistent brand representation, and building collaborative relationships that advance the organization’s mission and impact.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the TCF Brand & Communications team and its network.
- Understand the needs and priorities of local and global chapters, translating them into communication and engagement initiatives aligned with TCF’s overarching brand strategy and organizational narrative.
- Ensure consistent application of TCF’s brand guidelines across all chapter-led communications and platforms.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events in key markets, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate brand-building and audience engagement opportunities in strategic markets through research and market insights.
- Develop and execute amplification plans for home-country and international partner initiatives to maximize visibility and impact.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and collaborators, including negotiating deliverables, timelines, budgets, and partnership terms.
- Support the planning and execution of organizational events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of communication and engagement initiatives.

- The role may require occasional flexibility in working hours to engage with international donors, partners, agencies, and stakeholders across different time zones.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of brand management, strategic communications, integrated marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and influence relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendors.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and time zones.
Education
Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, including team leadership responsibilities, preferably within a creative, media, marketing, or activation agency environment.
