Description
The Citizens Foundation is seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior Manager CPD, Teachers to lead the design and implementation continuous professional development of TCF teachers. This role focuses on three core pillars:
(1) Subject-specific pedagogical trainings
(2) Refresher trainings on general pedagogy.
(3) The cascade of changes in academic and administrative expectations from TCF teachers.
These experiences will be delivered through in-person, online, and hybrid formats and will include general pedagogical and subject-specific knowledge and pedagogical trainings.
The ideal candidate will leverage instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and pedagogy that respond to effectively implementing teaching and learning materials in schools. In this capacity, they will play a pivotal role in improving teaching effectiveness, fostering professional growth, and driving transformative outcomes in education.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required, in the areas of education, curriculum, humanities, psychology and/or social sciences. Master’s preferred
Experience
8-10 years of experience, which includes classroom teaching experience, design and facilitation of adult learning experiences and instructional design for e-learning development. A strong background in people and project management is preferred.
