Description
- Make outbound Calls to TCF Teachers, Principals and staff. Carry out related Call Center Activities like data collection, data entry and management, record keeping and data reporting.
- Make Welcome and Congratulatory calls to teachers and principals, record feedback and liaise with AM-CC to expedite solutions
- Ensure targets are being met
- Make regular calls to principals for missing data collection
- Write regular reporting emails to AM-CC regarding performance and targets
- Maintain and update Google drive, tracker and excel sheets
- Create reports for Welcome and Congratulatory Calls
- Send after-call support items to teachers and principals
- Carry out any other Call Center Activities deemed necessary by AM-CC
- Ensure effective data management in the Call Center structure
- Ensure accuracy and validity of data entered
- Maintain and improve quality by ensuring CC guidelines are being followed.
Required Skills
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with TCF faculty
- Strong command over written and spoken English and Urdu
- Ability to listen attentively, speak calmly and politely and document user problems comprehensively
- Good organizational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask

14 years of education (BA/B.Com/BSc.)
Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience
