Description
TCF's initiative ‘Dastak Teacher Training Program’ is an effort to take TCF’s teaching successes to other schools in the country. The program is a teacher training and certification program that helps develop and motivate school teachers teaching in low-cost private schools. The program believes that building leadership capacity in teachers will ultimately improve student learning and help teachers pursue self-learning.
Responsibilities include:
- Conceptualize and lead the creation of audience-specific, creative marketing content and campaigns across all channels
- Define and refine B2B and B2C value proposition and messaging framework
- Monitor and track campaign results and analyze effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives, and optimize accordingly
- Lead efforts to gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, generate more qualified leads, and build stronger mentor/mentee communities
- Create fact sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and recommendations reports
- Liaison with Content & Training and Operations team for smooth delivery of training cycles and program related deliverables
- Manage relations with all key stakeholders and industry professionals
Required Skills
- Experience in brand building and managing brand identity
- Experience in developing and executing metric-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies
- Experience of digital marketing and communication as well as analytical tools
- Proficient in using marketing related software
- Proficient in content management
- Knowledge of building online communities, ambassador programs, and CRM
- Excellent Urdu communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent Project management and team management skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details and ability to multitask
Education
Bachelors/Masters (Marketing, Business or related studies)
Experience
2-5 years of experience in Marketing & Outreach strategy. Background in social development sector would be a plus
