The Citizens Foundation (TCF) seeks for an individual to drive digital fundraising initiatives at TCF. Lead strategic planning, develop user-friendly donation and crowd funding platforms, optimize user experience, analyze data for informed decision-making, and engage donors effectively. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving our fundraising efforts through strategic planning, innovative platform development, and engaging donor experiences. Collaborating closely with fundraising and marketing teams, you will define ambitious fundraising goals that resonate with TCF's mission and financial objectives. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying diverse donor segments and crafting targeted strategies that inspire contributions.
- Strategy Development: Partner with fundraising and marketing to set goals. Design strategies targeting diverse donor segments. Periodically refine strategies based on results and trends.
- Online Donations: Spearhead the creation of user-friendly online donation platforms. Collaborate with UX/UI teams for a seamless donation journey. Offer multiple payment choices for donors.
- Crowd Funding: Choose platforms aligning with TCF’s aims. Launch and monitor crowd funding campaigns, and work with content teams to craft engaging narratives.
- Donor Relations: Manage comprehensive donor profiles. Automate communications like thank-you notes and updates. Team up with communication experts for engaging donor content.
- Data Analytics: Employ data tools to track donation trends and behaviors. Extract insights for strategy optimization. Offer data insights to TCF leadership for informed decisions.
- UX Optimization: Regularly get user feedback. Collaborate with tech teams for device-responsive platforms. Continually refine platform functionality.
- A/B Testing: Organize A/B tests on donation page components. Use test outcomes to refine campaigns. Make data-backed iterative enhancements.
- Reporting: Provide regular insights on campaign outcomes. Present results to leadership for transparency. Work with finance for accurate donation reporting.
- Donor Journey: Map donor touchpoints with TCF. Highlight and implement ways to enrich this journey. Design strategies to foster prolonged donor relationships.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all platforms adhere to data and privacy regulations. Prioritize donor data security and employ latest encryption. Regularly update security measures.
- Email Marketing: Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth.
