Description
Assist Manager and team members in day to day functions of the department including coordination, data keeping, communications, logistics etc.
- Budgeting
- Generating PRs and timely closing of accounts
- Record keeping
- Data entry and Data compilation
- Make travel arrangements for outstation and within city visits of the department as per required
- Filing of all important documents
- Maintain stationary inventory and its utilization
- Printing and Logistics
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in Accounting and administrative work
Education
Graduation preferably BCOM/BCS
Experience
At least one year of relevant experience
