Description

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the CEO with various projects. The job requires the incumbent to be the CEO’s representative and work with the Central Office/Regions as well as outside clients and constant follow up with various stakeholders to strengthen the ongoing flow of information.

• Schedule and arrange Executive Committee, Management
Committee and Regional Manager meetings for the CEO& VPs
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings for EC & MC
• Devise formats for collection of all kinds of data / information
• Compile and consolidate data received and maintain reports and records accordingly
• Prepare presentations for the CEO for various conferences, seminars, corporate meetings and MC &EC
• Constant follow up for information with Regions and Head Office (HO)
• Scheduling Mid Year and Yearly reviews of all departments
• Conduct yearly socio economic survey for TCF in comparison with that of the survey conducted by the government, analyze results and suggest ways for improvement
• Correspond on behalf of the CEO & VPs with Regions and HO staff
• Research based special projects

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical ability
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
• Sound research skills

Education

Bachelors (16 years of experience)
