    Description

    Provide operational support to the HR services department, administer HR Services and Payroll on a regular basis and manage stakeholder engagement where required

    Key Result Areas:

    • Facilitation of HR Services Transactions and Payroll Process
    • Liaison with several stakeholder teams to support HR Services processes
    • Support and remove challenges and bottlenecks for HR Services and School Payroll Processing
    • Response to employee issues and support the resolution of issues
    • Compilation of dashboards, reports and files for transactions and school payroll
    • Other special projects within HR Services and Administration

    Responsibilities:

    1. Facilitating HR services transactions (Schools) as well as payroll processes
    2. Acting as a liaison between the HR services team, the RHR teams, as well as other key stakeholders such as Finance, School HR, etc.
    3. Resolving HR Services and School Payroll problems
    4. Answering employee requests and questions
    5. Facilitating and assisting employees with their operational challenges
    6. Compilation of payroll, and other HR transactions, and recommending corrective actions
    7. Tracking and reporting of various logs, dashboards and files where required for the performance tracking of the teams
    8. Ensuring effective governance of HR policies and processes
    9. Assisting in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and process improvements.
    10. Payroll reconciliation, compilation, and sharing of relevant data with the requisite team
    11. Taking over and managing key HR Services operational processes as necessary

    Required Skills

    • Sound organizing and multi-tasking skills
    • Proficiency in using computers (MS Office and Internet)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; ability to interact effectively with team members
    • Understanding about the general policies and procedures of HR
    • Proactive and Assertive, ready to take on challenges

    Education

    Graduation from an accredited institution

    Experience

    3-4 years of relevant experience
