The incumbent will be responsible for verification of the employees’ data, salary revisions and promotions. They will also be responsible for follow ups and communication with relevant stakeholders during the process of verification.
- To support and facilitate the Assistant Manager HR Services
- To ensure timely and accuracy of data transaction, updating and entering of data
- To assist and facilitate payroll team
- Digitizing employee profiles, queries, coordination with principals, area coordinator, Region HR and payroll team.
- Proficiency in using computers (MS Office and Internet)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; ability to interact effectively with team members
- Understanding about the general policies and procedures of HR
BBA or MBA
Fresh graduate to 6 months of experience
