Description

  • To work as standby Front Desk Officer during absence of Receptionist
  • Timely delivery of all In/Out mail.
  • To upkeep the complete record of all In/Out mail.
  • Co-ordination with other department and assist HOD Supply chain.
  • Timely processing for payment and maintain all record of Courier & Fuel bills of HO Vehicles etc.
  • Assist administration department for travelling arrangement of HO staff.
  • Preparation of all record and maintain documentation of pool vans on FIS.
  • To assist Sr. Store Officer for up-keeping the record of in kind donation.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superiors.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Intermediate Bachelor’s Degree would be an advantage

Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in handling Front Desk responsibilities in a reputable organization.
