Description
Dastak Teacher Training department at TCF is leading the online teacher training program for low cost private school teachers who lacks the basic training. We are looking to hire an AM- Training for our Dastak Teacher Training program. The incumbent is expected to ensure that a high quality training is provided by designing monitoring and evaluation framework of online training sessions, observe training sessions, gather qualitative and quantitative data and write reports.
- Develop metrics and qualitative tools/rubrics to assess quality of training
- Facilitate in designing and conducting evaluation forms, interviews and focus groups
- Observe live and recorded sessions to check for the quality of training and monitor engagement
- Design and employ a data-driven approach to evaluate the performance of trainers and trainees
- Support in finding and onboarding trainers across the country
- Assist Content and Training Lead with tasks related to program assessment and training
- Coordinate with cross-functional team to maintain quality of training
- Analyze gathered data and create data visualizations
- Create reports for departmental and grants need
- Lead the Training before every cycle
- Design and employ primary and secondary research methods to evaluate the need for different teacher training modules/courses
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command over written and spoken Urdu and English
- Excellent content development and report writing skills, as well as proofreading and editing of text
- Social sciences, humanities, or liberal arts background
- Sound understanding of research methods and data management, and comfort with data analysis
Education
Bachelors/Masters in relevant field
