Description
The incumbent will work with TCF USA, and will support the team with reporting, coordination, and data management, analysis and presentation.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Using the internal TCF-USA system (e-Tapestry) to work on reporting, schedules, and queries.
- Working with chapter support teams and managing their events using coordination tools. This would include managing online ticket selling and refund system, tracking donation pledges, and making post event reports.
- Manage backend of each campaign creation and campaign settings.
- Maintain dashboard and prepare frequent reports.
- Suggest and lead process improvement plans.
- Track overall donation pledges and funds to prepare half yearly and yearly reports.
- Conduct performance analysis for chapter support teams.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus

Education
Bachelors in Business Management or a relevant field
Experience
2-3 years of experience in data management and analysis/ project management or a similar role.
