Description
- Maintain and regularly update records of school inventories (in Hard and Soft formats) for area and share them with Data Supervisor and concerned staff at RO.
- Ensure uploading of SIS and TIS data on excel and PEF website.
- Updating, maintenance and processing of trackers, SSR and other administrative data.
- Collect, compile and process all administrative demands or demands related data of area schools.
- Assist AMs and principals in delivery of supplied and all other administrative issues related to schools.
- Timely disbursement of cash i.e. petty cash, salary etc.
- Supervision of construction work in school
- Verify and reconcile school record with AO record
- Preparation of budgets any required construction/repair and maintenance at school level.
- Facilitate auditor in annual audit
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong awareness of TCF rules and regulations.
- Should have a proactive approach to problems

Bachelors
Experience
At least 3+ years of working experience preferably in Administration side.
