Description

Responsible for managing economic empowerment and capacity building projects for TCF Alumni.

  • Create and manage economic empowerment avenues for TCF Alumni
  • Create sustainable capacity building projects for TCF Alumni
  • Work with partner organizations and keep track of all deliverables
  • Must be immaculate with documentation
  • Passionate about TCF and its cause
  • Prepare promotional material for various alumni programmes
  • Create and assist in alumni outreach campaigns
  • Result oriented approach to work
  • Creative thinking for out of the box solutions
  • Exceptional data management skills- should be able to handle voluminous data. This would require expertise in excel
  • Team management; must be a people’s person

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
  • Effective communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical ability and organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s in business, management or a relevant field.
