    Description

    The incumbent will be responsible for management of the Alumni database.

    • Maintain and update the TCF Alumni database
    • Prepare alumni blurbs for marketing purposes and to pitch to donors for scholarships.
    • Assist in alumni outreach campaigns
    • Maintaining of alumni records with complete updated paper work

    Required Skills

    • Result oriented approach to work
    • Should be able to lead a team (handle and monitor progress of 8-10 call center / data entry agents)
    • Creative , thinking out of the box solutions
    • Exceptional data management skills- should be able to handle voluminous data.
