Description
Incumbent will be responsible for recording, reporting, compliance & audit of financial matters.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements;
• Assist in the preparation and compilation of the organization’s annual budget;
• Preparing variance reports in comparison to budget on quarterly basis and follow up with departments/regions for expenses as per the approved budget;
• Ensuring timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholder;
• Preparation of Capital Work in progress schedule;
• Preparation of Deferred income schedules;
• Assisting his line manager in his role as an audit coordinator;
• Assist the line manager in projects as and when required.
Required Skills
• Good command on MS Excel.
• Excellent accounting and auditing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of utilization of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Sound Knowledge of IAS/IFRS.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA part Qualified.
Experience
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
