- To handle the budget preparation exercise.
- To be able to track budget lines, and help in forecasting function.
- To confirm the status of budget on new construction and maintenance requisitions.
- To prepare and release monthly variance reports / assist in streamlining this function.
- To handle and manage Real Estate Data / information, and update the records regularly.
- To keep close liaison with other finance staff for recording of lands in the books of accounts, duly reconciled at all times.
- To help keep safe custody of original title documents of Real Estate.
- To liaise with Surveyor for the evaluation of lands at fair value.
Grants Accounting & Reporting
- To handle all grants related reporting on deadlines and keep a strong liaison with the Global Partnership department.
- Attend regular progress meetings on Grants status.
- To be able to assist in any other related assignment/ project.
- Good accounting background
- Good command in MS office package especially advanced level in MS Excel.
- Good communication skills
- Have a knack for attention to detail
- Being a tech savvy would be an advantage
