Description
- Prepare donor reporting of schools (Income and Expenditure including variance analysis with comparative);
- Check and prepare of school level Income and expenses data for allocation as per define matrix. Run allocation and perform post allocation results checking;
- Quarterly inventory data collection from schools and areas, Inventory data cleaning and preparation of entries in ERP and Post allocation checking;
- Development of Power BI dashboard.
- Open/update customer, vendor, school and item in ERP.
- Any task given by management.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of accounting and reporting
- Command over Power BI is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Willing to learn and adapt to the team’s needs and work on other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Education
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
