Description

  • Support in scheduling key meetings and recording and preparing minutes of key meetings
  • · Prepare key documents and presentations as per need · Develop detailed project management plans for each project
  • · Proactively manage project timelines and follow up as per need
  • · Support in various projects / initiatives which are related to the organization rhythm framework and business process improvement
  • · Devise formats for collection of all kinds of data / information related to organization excellence projects
  • · Compile and consolidate data received and maintain reports and records accordingly
  • · Conduct research related to business operating models and rhythm as well as consolidate key findings
  • · Assist in the development and implementation of a business operating model, measurement tools and scorecard
  • · Support in providing proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance
  • · Coordinate and provide administrative / logistical support to external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage the business process review project
  • · Conduct research related to internal communications strategies as well as consolidate key findings
  • · Support in the development and implementation of internal communications processes and strategy including the TCF values and behaviors dissemination
  • · Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee role and assigned by Line Manager

Bachelors from an accredited institution
