Description
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing the purchasing functions for TCF. This role involves coordinating purchasing practices to optimize cost savings and benefits for TCF. They will work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the high-quality execution of all routine purchasing tasks and administrative processes. Additionally, their role will include ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of provisions, supplies, and logistical support to TCF's Head Office, Regions, Area Offices, and Schools.
- Responsible for centralized Procurement for Printable Category that include Procurement of Books, Copies, Printed Stationery, Magazines, Toys and Stationery for the entire network of TCF's 1900+ schools, 50+ area offices, 7 regional offices and Head Office.
- Responsible to achieve cost savings, timely deliveries, and optimum quality.
- Manage end to end Procure-to-Pay process i.e. Purchase requisition, RFQ, Comparative statement, Negotiation, Purchase Order, Delivery, Invoice submission and payment.
- Effective and proactive coordination with several internal and cross functional stakeholders.
- Managing suppliers’ portfolio and Suppliers relationship management.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming demands and requirement.
- Ensure proper tracking of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Promote good procurement practices with due regards to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards, and cost.
- Suggest process improvement opportunities regarding overall Supply Chain activities to improve efficiency, reduce workload, save costs.
- Prepare data analysis, presentations, MIS reports, and well versed in writing business cases and recommendations.

Education
Minimum Bachelors in relevant discipline. Masters or Certification in Supply Chain would be a plus.
Experience
Minimum four (4) years of work experience in Supply Chain / Procurement.
