The job requires an analytical mind that has the ability to critically evaluate and implement effective solutions to routine problems. The following KRAs will become part of this job description:
- Support HR Services Initiatives for Process and Outcome improvement
- Support Business Objectives for the HR Services Unit
- Assist in Data Analytics that can influence other stakeholders
- Provide data analytics towards process improvement and performance check-ins of various functions
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, design, and monitor implementation of HR projects/processes under the Manager's guidance.
- Analyze and optimize HR processes/operations for effectiveness and efficiency by driving process improvements and re-engineering
- Oversee technology needs within the ambit of HR and come up with appropriate solutions
- Perform analytics and trend analysis for HR and related teams.
- Lead meetings and presentations to share insights, and propose improvements based on research findings.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, HCM users and the HCM vendor.
- Manage competing resources and priorities to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct HR-related work studies and tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and tutorials for process clarity and consistency
Required Skills
Knowledge:
- Experience in MIS, creating dashboards, tech savvy to be able to provide workable solutions at a functional level, HCM or HRM Solutions Knowledge and Implementation experience strongly preferred
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
- Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures

- Good interpersonal skills, excellent documentation skills and conceptual thinking skills

Education
Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration, with a strong background in technology and business analysis
Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Business Analysis/Project Management/Implementation of HR Applications
