    Job Summary:

    The job requires an analytical mind that has the ability to critically evaluate and implement effective solutions to routine problems. The following KRAs will become part of this job description:

    1. Support HR Services Initiatives for Process and Outcome improvement
    2. Support Business Objectives for the HR Services Unit
    3. Assist in Data Analytics that can influence other stakeholders
    4. Provide data analytics towards process improvement and performance check-ins of various functions

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research, design and/or monitor implementation of various projects/processes under the guidance of the Manager
    • Assist the line manager with coordination and oversight related specifically to projects and processes across HR Services
    • Monitor and analyze processes to check effectiveness and work out strategies for improvement
    • Oversee technology needs within the ambit of HR and come up with appropriate solutions
    • Perform various analytics and trends analysis for various teams across HR and outside of HR related to HR Data
    • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
    • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
    • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, HCM users and the HCM vendor
    • Manage competing resources and priorities
    • Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
    • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
    • Devise and conduct work and task based studies within the ambit of HR

    Required Skills

    Knowledge:

    • Experience in MIS, creating dashboards, tech savvy to be able to provide workable solutions at a functional level
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • HCM or HRM Solutions Knowledge and Implementation experience strongly preferred
    • Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures

    • Ability to work independently and with others

    Education

    Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration, with a strong background in technology and business analysis

    Experience

    2-5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Business Analysis/Project Management/Implementation of HR Applications
