Description
Assistant Manager Special Projects will manage key projects and deliverables to support the CEO and propel these initiatives across the organization to successful completion. S/he will coordinate all phases of project management including planning, executing, monitoring and closing and will serve as a liaison on key initiatives with strategic partners both within and outside of the organization.
Project Management:
- Designing dashboards and reports for performance and financial management of TCF schools.
- Establish work plans, track KPIs and follow up on deliverables across departments
- Support to the CEO for various conferences, seminars, corporate and board meetings
- Managing the operating rhythm of regular interactions, forums and reviews being led / attended by the CEO
- Manage special projects on behalf of CEO: establishing timelines, coordinating project deliverables with other departments and/or external consultants
- Execute researches (Yearly socio-economic survey, dashboards, business process re-engineering etc.) and analyze data gathered to draw key insights to be presented to the CEO
- Evaluate and update project status for reporting and decision making as well as recommending adjustments when necessary
Communication and Coordination:
- Prepare presentations for the CEO for various conferences, seminars and corporate meetings
- Schedule and arrange Core Group (CG), Executive Team (ET) & Management Committee (MC) meetings for the directors, CEO & EVPs
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings for ET
- Schedule and organize regular meetings with school principals
- Follow-up with departments on behalf of CEO
- Follow-up for the action items arising out of Board of Directors (BOD) meetings on behalf of CEO
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Sound research skills
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
1 – 2 years of experience in project management, research and analysis
