Description

The incumbent will support in ensuring the quality of the education team at The Citizens Foundation (TCF). This multifaceted position involves overseeing the Talent Acquisition function for Area Education Managers (AEMs), Principals, Teachers and other management roles.

Quality of Area Education Manager

  • Conduct AEM outreach at multiple forum and internal advertisement of the position.
  • Coordinate with RHRs to conduct induction test and scheduled REM interviews.
  • Support Lead in scheduling AC of AEM.
  • Schedule AC of AEM and align availabilities of all panelists.

Quality of Principal

  • Assist in updating Outreach strategy & tool kit.
  • Hiring brochures, tests & Urdu translations.
  • Review feedback from HO panel members in order to improve the quality of Principal Assessment Centers.
  • Review PH Dashboard and coordinate with RHR & IT team incase of any discrepancy in PH Tracker & Dashboard.
  • Coordinate with IT team to implement area of improvements.
  • Oversee day to day operations for smooth implementation of Principal hiring processes.

Quality of Teacher

  • Support in update and design of Senior Teacher Selection process.
  • Ensure implementation of Teacher Selection Process.
  • Assisting in design and implementation of all Talent Acquisition projects related to Quality of Teachers.
  • Support in digitizing teacher selection process.

Quality of Management

  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting) and engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets.
  • Manage recruitment database by documenting and presenting progress reports of recruitment campaigns.
  • Create candidate persona for open positions, conduct initial screenings, interviews and refer qualified applicants to relevant departments for further interviews.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews of potential candidates and execute Assessment Centers effectively.
  • Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection of our company.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire etc.)

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong command over English and Urdu.
  • Strong skills in project management.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Human Resource or Social Sciences.

Experience

At least 1 year experience in similar role.
